How it works:
Once you go to the checkout page, there will be an “order notes” section. Please provide your text/color changes for all material. (logo, tagline, all headers, business card) If you would like to add any of the add-ons please email me and I will send you an invoice. When payment is received, I will begin customizing the brand to fit your business with the details you’ve provided. Customization takes up to 7 business days. You get one round of revisions to each graphic, and any further revisions and/or additional items will be billed at my hourly rate of $40/hr. Once the final design has been approved, the final files will be supplied via a shared Dropbox folder. You can then download them and immediately start using your new brand! The Dropbox folder will be available for 30 days, after which they will be removed. Please download all files as Coral Antler is not required to keep a backup or copy after completion of the project.
Due to the digital nature of our products, once we have received your revision requests and/or the files have been delivered to you, orders are non-refundable.
